If you, or someone you know, would like to stay at Living Hope, there is a process that starts with and Initial referral (Social Development) or by contacting Social Development directly
Referrals can be made through a family member, a health care provider, a social worker, or a friend.
Assessment
During the admissions process, assessments can help to determine specific placement sites as well as individualized care needs. Our team will also support applicants through financial planning if desired.
Placement locations can be requested and will be accomodated based on availability. At times, there is a wait list which can affect final placement.
